Shortly after Traidmarc recorded his first few records, he started his studio-to-studio tour / live appearances in Clubs, bars, parks and beaches. This gave him the ultimate recognition and career exposure both locally and streetwise as Traidmarc da Lastborn TMG a.k.a. the Godfather. Now you may perhaps wonder why this young and charismatic MC has got nearly the whole titles in the world to himself alone, you are dead right. There's no question about where the Traid is coming from plus the stories he has got to tell. "Stories of our lives" is a complete audio logical example that narrates the other side of the Traid that hasn't yet been touched.

The name Traidmarc was perfectly carved out of stylishness and uniqueness that could be likened to the awesome gifts of natural talents and the art of creativity. Inspired by the world's most famous and powerful rap mogul Tupac Amaru Shakur in '96, Traidmarc began to nurture his talents and love for Hip Hop music.
The shooting of Tupac Shakur in September '96 provided TMG with the burning desire and hunger for music regardless of being surrounded with the intensity of the groundbreaking rumour that most people in Traidmarc's generation believed to be a fluke while others simply bit their lips in total shock, pain and anguish. Traidmarc badly wanted to carry on the legacy according to how Pac had said it in his last few interview with Vibe Magazine "who bares the weight" As a young aspiring rapper who always believed in uniqueness and a sense of individuality, Traidmarc started by calling himself 'Max Mafiana' then went on to form a group called 'Dug man Squad' at the age of 16.
The name 'Dugman' was a cartoon character that he took from one of his T-shirts and decided to modify it. Very similar to what he did with the original Trademark. He took the name and modified it to suit his purpose making sure it matched with the first and last letters of 'Tupac' as a sign of loyalty and honour to his mentor, without deviating too much from his real name Mark. Born into a huge family of eight as the lastborn, music has and will always be a part and parcel of Traidmarc. He was only 16years of age when he wrote his first track titled "People of the World" in 1996, which reflected on the depths of hardship, poverty and austerity and the despair of broken homes.

These are true-life based compositions beyond reasonable doubts. In 1998 Traidmarc won the Pepsi Chart Show and in 1999 he toured with some underground groups called X-squad, Partners n' Rhymes, Immortal Trybe, Royal House of Splif, Funky Child, Lyrical and 2much. By the fall of 2000 Traidmarc had recorded 16 new tracks that featured his Big sisters and most of his old and new rap counterparts. Traidmarc in his early teens forged out of his numerous talents a dream to aspire to, that would actually catapult him from his apparent obscurities into an acknowledgeable stardom in the nearest foreseeable future. As a kid he would draw cartoons and human faces, mould sculptures and repair anything that was faulty in the house from radio to television and the domestic refrigerator. All this he did as part of his natural talents without any formal tuition or lecture on how to experiment and fix things.
At the age 17, he left home to carve a career in music and has always been on the circuit with an ambitious mind to break through with his music before he reaches 25. His purpose and objective have led to so many research works, consultations, Music seminars and workshops etc. as he sees knowledge as imperative inclusion for his musical career pursuits. As part of his long sort goals coming true, Traidmarc has been opportuned to lay his creative hands on several computer softwares that he think is relevant to achieving his success in the music business this include; Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Cubase SX, Reason, Micromedia Dream weaver, Adobe Premiere, Windows Movie Maker and Micromedia Flash etc. Again learning by experiments he managed to put together some eye-catching graphics in his projects such as posters, postcards, flyers, cd covers, cd inlays, business cards, the TMG wall papers, to mention but a few. Traidmarc has the tenacity to make you listen, dance and think at any given time. Also with the potentials of staring in a movie and selling records both locally and internationally. This is simply due to the fact that he believes in himself more than anyone else and he is determined to finish what he has started in the music and entertainment business.
